What does an exclusive territory cost compared with buying shared leads?
With shared leads, each booked job costs the lead price divided by your close rate. A territory license is one flat monthly fee, so each booked job costs that fee divided by the jobs you book that month.

Step 1: shared leads
The assumptions, in plain numbers:

- Close rate (1 booked job for every 10 leads)

$75 divided by 10% is $750. That cost stays the same per job whether you book one job a month or ten, because every job needs 10 more leads.
Step 2: a flat territory license
A license is priced per territory and service, not per lead. Founding Partner is $1,497 a month for the first 10 licenses. Standard is from $2,497 a month after that, priced per territory. Here is what each booked job costs at the same number of jobs.

In this example, the Founding Partner license costs no more per job than shared leads once the territory books 2 jobs a month. At the Standard floor, it takes 4. Below that, shared leads cost less per job.

What the flat fee buys
