This page states what TrustedLocals reviews before a company is assigned a territory, and what is published afterward. It is a record of process, not a performance claim.

Absent records stay absent
TrustedLocals does not publish a field it cannot substantiate. If a license number, insurance carrier, or verified review record is not on file, that field is not shown at all. It is never replaced with an estimate, a placeholder, or a self-reported figure.
Ratings shown anywhere on this site come only from reviews submitted through single-use links tied to completed TrustedLocals bookings. Where no such reviews exist, no rating is displayed.
An assignment is a current record, not a permanent one. TrustedLocals can end a territory assignment, and the public territory register reflects the current state.
Homeowners can send a service request for an assigned territory. Companies can submit the records they actually hold and start a review.
